Best Western Plus Apple Valley Lodge Pigeon Forge

Everything was great, decent location close to attractions, the staff were affable! I loved the room with two beds, my bed was very comfy. It was reasonably large as expected. I had very nice days staying at this neighboring hotel.

Loved this place, it was fairly clean and had good staff and rooms. I stayed in the room that was cleaned and available with an extra bed.

We liked staying here, the place met needs well.

The HOTel was clean, the room was non-smoking and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Pigeon Forge.

It was decent base for traveling to Pigeon Forge, I was glad to stay there. I loved that the hotel was close enough to the main highway. Also, the venue had quick access to The Wonders of Magic.

Reasonably priced, ideal location, lovely staff. Cool enough and functional rooms had facilities required. Hotel offered lots of meals for continental breakfast. Loved Pigeon Forge, the property was adorable. Early check-in & great service.

The hotel was reasonably large with a peaceful location very close to all the stores and attractions, the main highway. The bedrooms were separate. Pillows and bed were nice, I loved it.

I loved the lobby, it was gorgeous. Compact, tasteful room with a nice view, the internet, tub.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Everything is fairly clean and awesome. The location of the venue is unbeatable. I would book here again if I go to Pigeon Forge, loved my decent stay.

I loved it, the hotel is clean, has great staff and rooms. The bed was comfy, and the room itself was separate. There was a good.

It was a nicely presented hotel with a perfect view. Room was good value. Restaurant in property was top-notch and the pool area was brilliant. Handy location, 15 minutes' walk to ripley's super fun zone.

Breakfast, it was horrible, could be way much better.

I recommend this hotel and would stay here again. I would say it's relaxing base for staying and exploring Pigeon Forge.

The hotel was affordable, and I liked very hospitable staff and fully-equipped room. They made my stay warm.

Staff was extremely accommodating, pool area was incredible, and breakfast was free.

Very enjoyable overall experience. The property was upscale, the staff was APOLOGETIC, everything else was wonderful too. The room itself was calm, and towels were fluffy, they really care about guests.

The personnel was always happy, speedy check-in, plus the service was nice. The English breakfast was reasonable and had meats, slices of fresh bread, bakery, fresh fruit and coffee. Cozy location not very far from a two - story wax museum.

Attentive service, large breakfast, fabulous central location. Plenty of supplies in the room: WiFi, 32-inch flat-screen TVs with HBO and television. The plunge swimming pool was great too. Cold beers and juices in the coffee bar, great parking place.

The room had not very good views.

We loved this straightforward hotel. The room was tidy and beds were soft. Staff was willing to help with directions etc. A nice beach, good view.

Reasonably spacious room, apologetic staff, new building. There were microwave and closet space in the room, liked that. The hotel was situated in the central location. Friendly service throughout my stay. The stay was absolutely very nice.

It was great time in Pigeon Forge. We loved this hotel, location was amazing and staff were very amiable. And it also had exceptionally good view. Friendly lobby: )
